4. You cannot frame VivahAkshay.com in other websites or write or execute "robots", "exe's", "cgi programs" to view our content. Any such usage will result in appropriate legal action including and not limited to civil & criminal actions.
5. A registered member shall not solicit other members to buy, sell or market products/services and will not transmit any junk/unsolicited email to other members of VivahAkshay.com.
6. Any such action will result in immediate termination of the membership and legal action as outlined above.
7. A member shall not include in their member profile any URL's, email addresses or personal contact information. Any such action will result in immediate termination of the membership.
8. All the information displayed on VivahAkshay.com is proprietary to VivahAkshay.com and you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
9. Any content/photos that you post on VivahAkshay.com that is deemed offensive, illegal or is violating the rights of other members can be reviewed and edited or deleted by the VivahAkshay.com team.
10. The team also has the right to cancel or revoke the membership without notice in that case.
11. By posting content/photos on VivahAkshay.com, you are issuing an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information to VivahAkshay.com
12. You may not post any copyrighted material or trademarks or any other proprietary information without the written consent of the owner of that information on VivahAkshay.com
13. By posting such content, you agree that you are solely responsible for such action and release VivahAkshay.com of any responsibility and legal actions taken by the content owner.
14. VivahAkshay.com is not responsible for any disputes between members of VivahAkshay.com. VivahAkshay.com has the right, but no obligation to monitor and resolve any such disputes
15. VivahAkshay.com is not responsible for any incorrect information posted by other members of VivahAkshay.com. This site is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer or other online systems, servers (including other Internet service providers), computer equipment, software, hardware of any registered member resulting from participating or downloading materials that are sent by other members or downloading from VivahAkshay.com
16. VivahAkshay.com is not liable to any registered user or any other third party for any kind of indirect or direct, incidental or punitive lost profits, arising from the use of the site.
17. VivahAkshay.com can share your email address with any 3rd party for marketing any products and services or for sending junk emails. VivahAkshay.com has the authority to change this decision anytime.

By registering as a member of VivahAkshay.com, we have full authority on the service provided and can at our discretion and work load, process customer requests for maintenance of their profiles. Any service request invoked by a member of VivahAkshay.com will be processed at a timely manner controlled by VivahAkshay.com and we are not responsible for any delays involved due to work load, outage of the service etc.

Member Disputes

As VivahAkshay.com is acting only as a facilitator and providing you a platform in the Site, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other VivahAkshay.com Members. The Site reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Indemnity

Other

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the VivahAkshay.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and VivahAkshay.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Even after this Agreement is terminated, these provisions will remain in effect.
